Preface
Why this book on the web?
There are many, many books on prophecy. These cover the Antichrist, the revived Holy Roman Empire, Great Tribulation, Armageddon and so on.
But what happens after Armageddon?
What happens when the dust settles?
What then?
What will your life be like then?
What will you do all day? Will it be clouds, harps, unending ease? Or will it be something different? Have you ever wondered about it? I have. And I've tried to answer those questions. I had work through some misleading traditions to do it. I had to take a radical (roots) approach. But it was worth it for me, and I think it will be for you.
Here's what I hope you'll derive from this study: I hope you'll have a new way of looking at the future. A new way of looking at the present. A new reason to study the Word of God. A new confidence (many report greater peace of mind).. And maybe even a new feeling toward the Person who's going to make it all happen.
This is not really a book about religion. This is a book about reality. We start with the reality of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. We affirm, as well, the truth of the Bible. We examine where we got our ideas on heaven, and our religious customs in general. We discuss where the ultimate home for Christians will be, what happens when you die, and the legal contracts you have right in your own Bible that support these views.
We look at the events surrounding the return of Christ, and then dig deeply into the heart of the matter: the kingdom of God on this earth . . . and then on the new earth.
